LEARN HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS PUMPKIN PASTA WITH PINE NUT GREMOLATA

                                       


 

Pasta cook, drain, keep warm, as per instructions on the pot.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat; Add pumpkin and cook until golden brown. Add onion and capsicum, cook 2 minutes.

Mix cornflour with 1 tbsp of carnation light and creamy cooking milk; Add the remaining milk, water and mustard to the frying pan, to bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Add pasta, basil and half pine nuts. Cook until heated.

Serve with the remaining peanuts and cheese.
